UDC where/how used file or report

We are constantly researching where and how UDC tables are used. This is a problem for any custom code. Does anyone know of a tool or report that can give us this information? I am hoping to prevent problems when a UDC is used in multiple programs and is changed.

Have you tried the cross-reference utility?

You might also be able to use data browser or universal table browser to search the data dictionary for data items which use a specific UDC. Then use the cross-reference utility to see where the data item is used.
