UBE Database Output CSV

Hi,

I have some reports that need to export to Excel. The best ways to do it is using the "database output" feature in UBE. I create some versions that will output a CSV file then import to Excel. Those UBE version work fine in Fat Client and running the report on local. Does the database output to CSV function also work if the job is running in Enterprise Server (iSeries)? I try to run the version in Enterprise Server but I can found the PDF only but could not found the CSV file.

MIght be you have not put the version for generation after seelcting the Export to CSV in page setup.

Try it again after generation.

If it is set to create a CSV and you run it on the Enterprise server it should still create the CSV but when you work with submitted jobs use the row exit to view CSV instead of PDF. - Angelis
