time not processing in pre payroll R07200

time cards in F06116 for 1 employee seem locked, so won't process in pre-payroll R07200. Tried SQL to reset GICU (G/L Batch) and DGL (G/L Date) but still doesn't work.
Any suggestions ? Judy

maybe try entering the time manually and delete the record?

Have you looked in the F07300 table to see if the fGroup Lock Out Code (GLCK) is set to 1 and needs to be zero? This is the table that controls a record getting locked into payroll.

This might sound like a dumb question, but is there anything in the Lock Code field? How are your time entry records generated?
