This meeting will introduce "Customer Focus Groups" - these will be sub-groups of the WUC membership that are interested in exploring in more detail a specific aspect of the upgrade process. The sub-group meetings will be facilitated by Oracle but the success of the group will be determined by participation of the members. The sub-group topics will be determined by interest expressed from the membership. Topics to be introduced this month are INTEGRATIONS and INSTANCE CONSOLIDATION. We will consider other nominated topics presented by the members during the call. If you cannot attend the call, please feel free to send me your requested topic via email.
Ideally members of the sub-groups will not only be those customers interested in learning more about the topic, but just as important, customers that have experience already with that topic. The true value of focus groups is in the sharing.
