System Freezing on A/P Voucher Entry

We are on EO 8.10. Have a problem on clients when they use the Voucher entry process when they finalize the voucher entry, the system freezes and they have to restart. This is happening pretty often to the AP Users. Anybody had the same problem? Any recommendation?

Hi,

Have you tried checking myoracle support for the latest ESU for P0411 and its list of SAR's it fixes...and cross-check on what is deployed on your system. It might be a bug...

Yes, tried that and could not find any ESU related.

Hi,

You can try clearing users "user overrides" for the said application and test.

Try to check the users desktop pc, it can be the one that is causing the problem (malware perhaps...)

We have tried that before, and it helps. Does not solve the problem and once the user sets up his/her [references its back to the same.
i have heard of other having the same problem and am somewhat surprised that there is not a fix for it. I have very frustrated users because of this. I have also looked at maybe a Database problem but in monitoring the problem, the Performance monitor does not detect anything, as if it does not happen.
