What is your Output Management System of choice? How's the support? How's your feeling of complexity, is it getting harder to maintain etc.pp. - If you care to share, that would be nice!

I have experience with a few over the years. I will withhold written opinion on each of these or publicly saying which my current shop runs. I have strong opinions (as you know) that I'm happy to share in person or via DM

QlikTech (from long ago, I assume it's graduated since)
