Standard Voucher Entry/ Standard Receipts Entry Runninig Extremely Slow

My users are complaining the the Standard Voucher Entry and the Standard Receipts Entry Applications, P0411/ P03B102 are running extremely slow. I do not see any errors in any of the log files. I have had them run the applications through Citrx and as a Fat Client. Both are slow. Other applications are running ok. Any ideas as to where to start looking?
