Standalone Version and Central Object Tables

The OW Standalone version is not delivered with a full set of Central Objects tables. Only the runtime TAM version of the files are delivered. Does anyone know if ANY of the tables are populated. I am trying to do a number of tests but need the full table for at least a few functions. Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance.
