I have a custom Application P580101S, which is a clone of P0101S, being called from Sales Order Entry Ship To (ALKY) Visual Assist. For some reason, it is calling a version, JJSF0001. The version does not exist. I do not have a version in the program call out of Sales Order Entry. This Application has no Processing Options, nor did its "Parent" P0101S. I do have the default Visual Assist Disable System Function call immediately prior to the Application call.
Here's the strange part. When we deployed to Web Server in JPY920, it launches the bogus version JJSF0001 (according to the question mark inquiry), but it successfully launches the Application with no errors. In Production, however, the Application fails, with "Could not load form: P580101S_W580101S_JJSF0001, JAS_MSG431: Fetch serialized object failed. Please contact your System Administrator"
Does anyone know of a reason for this behavior, Jas settings?
Client is E920, Tools Release 9.2.5.1
