Only 2 of our users are complaining that sometimes when they use the Speed Voucher Entry program (P0411SV, we are using a customized one), they enter the information in the header part and when they tab to the grid, the amount appears in the second grid line instead of the first grid line. They are then unable to delete the first empty grid line. They must then cancel and try again. Please help! Has anybody encountered this?
