SO Canseled lines and sales update

Need an advise on how to setup Sales Update (R42800) to deal with canceled Sales Order lines. Shuld we move them to Sales History file
or just purge them from P4211. We prefere to Move them to P42119 but are they will show up in Sales reports and manufacturing Forcasting?
