Sleeper Job unable to run

The sleeper job that is registered in G96 are not running, the subsystem SLEEPER is running when do check use WRKACTJOB. Can someone advice why the job are not running? Is there any other setup?
 
You need to run option 3 on G9643 to start the Sleeper job that runs in the Sleeper subsystem. Ken
