Server Manager Active JVM Count and Runtime Metrics Problem

I installed the latest cumulative PTF package which included the latest Websphere 6.1 group PTFs on my iSeries V5R4 OS. Not sure if that is the cause of my issue but when I open my iSeries JAS instance in Server Manager I have no Active JVM Count and cannot access any of the items in Runtime Metrics. I can however open a Windows JAS instance and have all things operational.

Were you able to resolve your problem with your runtime metrics?
I appear have a similar problem. The runtime metrics work fine for my WAS 6.0 web instances, but it is not working for my WAS 6.1 instances. I have current Cume and PTF's for WAS 6.1 from last July for V5R4. I was able to get the runtime metrics up for one web instance for a short time, but when I restarted the instance, I lost it.
Any suggestions or insight you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
