Scheduler Kernel Fails in SP23_C1

We have upgraded from SP19 to SP23_C1 on AS400 V5 R1 using XE and since then the JDENET_K kernel job for the scheduler falls over every couple of days after launching the first job. I have changed the order of the jobs to see if the first job caused the issue, but it still fails.
We have only the AS400 log so far which has an escape message 'JDECM_CacheFindKeyed'
We are turning on jdelogging on the server to see if we get any more info but has anyone else seen this problem.
