Runtime information not available.

I am checking the following on the server manager though we have the server up and running. Also processes all jobs well on submitting from the particular instance. Don't see any issues. Yet the below error

Runtime information is available only when the instance is running.

Version 9.1.3.4Status Running

What needs to be done to find the runtime information?
