running Xe in different geographical area

My company in Location A is running Xe and we encountered quite a few of problems. We have another factory in location B which is linked by a 32kbps leased line, is there any possibility that Xe (client) in location B to be able to run JDE over the leased line ? A. My company does not want to pay for a separate JDE server license for Location B, they want to link it back to Location A and threat the whole process as a WAN. Our LAN in Location A is running a 100mbps network and it is very slow, I am very curious abt the possibility of running Xe in Location B via the 32kbps leased link. Any solutions for the problem I encountered.
Thank you … your help is much appreacited

Do you want to run a fat client in location B - if yes, they bandwidth is too small. If no - you can use WTS/Citrix or Web-Server. Depending on the number of users, your bandwidth is even too small for this. With a 64kb ISDN-Line you can handle about 6 users with Metaframe.

My four penny worth!. Have you looked at providing HTML access? This is
very useful for low bandwidth, but you have to consider a couple of things.
How many users, functionality requirements, thick client requirements.

Best to define the requirement first and then attack finding the solution.
Perhaps if you can tackle the definition for us we can maybe give you some
good answers.
