Robot Issue

Hi all,

We got a co existence between JDE WS and OW, the enterprise server is in an AS400 server.
Since a couple of weeks ago, there is a job that is being submitted through robot, and it is randomly failing. Each time it fails, no register is generated in OW. (this seems to point it is failing at the Launch)

Looking at the log generated when trying to run the batch I found this:

The system send an error in Buffer size (Service pgm. JDELIB)

*Note: since it started failing, the people is also trying to run a "new" kind of orders with the same report but it is not moving their statuses. I am not sure if this could be related.

I tried to replicate this from OW, but it seems to be finishing fine. (no matter it contains the "new" order type, but they do not move their statuses)

Could this be related to the "new" orders? or do you have a different idea?

Hi,

Has there been any customization to this batch or its
BSFNs behind?
WINANSI looks suspicious on an AS/400 server, looks like
someone decided to copy and paste some C code from
Windows to AS/400 (which obviously doesn't work so easily).
