We're having an issue with one of our transfer doc types. When we make a change to the order or run an order fulfillment, it will leave a lock on the record for a while even if the changes are complete.
For example, we're submitting an order fulfillment (R4277703) from a hand-held device. I can see the batch job complete but if I look at record locks through P00095, it will show that the update is still being processed. This can take several minutes.
If we make a change to the sales order detail for the same doc type, we see the same thing happening.
We've talked to our consultants to find out what could be running behind the scenes but they have not come up with a solution. Any ideas?
