R3190 taking a long time to process

JDE V8.10 as/400 DB2 We have seen the R3190 WO repost job taking longer and longer to complete (3.5 hours). We do have 861636 F41021 records. We do have advanced warehousing enabled but not Equipment processing. What are some steps or tips that we could take to process the R3190 more rapidly?

Thanks Oliver. We really don't have that many open WO's. We have our Processing options set to status 50 which is about 5500 records. I was wondering if we ran the purge to clean up the F41021 records in our system that it may process faster?

Have you tried rebuilding the index and generate statistics to the affected tables?

Purging F41021 records should make a big difference to this UBE. Especially with AWM, random locations and lot control, a huge number of item locations will be created, used and left as history. Standard purge process exists.
