R03B51 not trigerred when R03B50 is run

Hi,
We are on E1, just wanted to know what all could be possibilities why R03B51 is not trigerred from R03B50.
Algorithym is defined & Execution list is defined & linked to PO of R03B50.
Any idea?

In my version (9.0) of E1 there is no R03B51 - no such object ...
