Que up For token

Dear Friend ,
One object is checked in on that machine which machine does not exist.Right now I want to delete that object from some other machine which satus of column SISTCE=3 in table F9861.I chande its value to 1 and tried to delete this object. then I am getting message Que up for token.

Plese suggest me how to delete this object from all locations.
