Hi All ,
I am looking for a opportunity to implement automatic e-mailing fuction in JDE World 7.3 for the Purchase Order Approval process .
Scenerio would be :
Raise Purchase Order P4311 .
Next Status set to 230 for approval route to be triggered (if above limit defined in approval route)
At this stage , I am thinking to pass e-mail notification to the approver - by using MMAIL.
MMAIL is perfectly working in prod environment when you setup properly such that it automatically monitors the DataQ and processes the spool files and send them to the predefined adreeses ..But I am lack of idea to facilitate MMAIL within Purchase Order Process..
