Pro's and Con's of switching JDE from AS/400 to RS/6000

Pro\'s and Con\'s of switching JDE from AS/400 to RS/6000

Hi List,
Has anyone switched JDE over from AS/400 to RS/6000. What are the pro's and
con's of going to RS/6000 - more/less functionality or anything you can
think of.

I have only worked on a AS/400, I can navagate with ease on the 400. Is it
a big change going to the RS/6000 as far as file structure, Looking at the
physical files ect.

If anyone can give me insight on this it would be greatly appreciated.
