Pros and cons of single vs multiple branch plants ??

What are the main advantages and/or disadvantages of using one or multiple branch plants when we have multiple (5) distinct physical locations (facilities).

Hi,

That question would be answered by your accounting people...how do they want to record inventory transactions either by a single site or by branch accounting? This would have been answered during your Record to Report (R2R) business process evaluation.

Would that make sense?
