Problems Debugging

Hi,

we are running OneWorld B732.2 with SP 12.4, Oracle 8.06, Intel NT4.

We can debug a BSFN together with an application.

But debugging a BSFN together with a report doesn't work!

In the debugger, after selecting a report and version, nothing happens. The report doesn't start.

Any ideas?

Is it a C Business Function(BXXXXX) or NER (NXXXXXXX) ?

If it is a C Business Function you will need this document that explain the
logic to debug in C debuger.

Take the .htm document (ott-00-0046) to make sure you are using the JDE
technique to debug and if you ever have to debug in B7331
and Higher take a look at the Word document, it is a supplement for B7331 and
Higher user

When you debug a UBE, you have to select advanced and then override
location to your Local Workstation.
This will cause the UBE to execute on your desk-top, and ther ER Debugger
will automatically pop up.

we are running OneWorld B732.2 with SP 12.4, Oracle 8.06, Intel NT4.

We can debug a BSFN together with an application.

But debugging a BSFN together with a report doesn't work!

In the debugger, after selecting a report and version, nothing happens. The
report doesn't start.

Any ideas?

1 Select the version.
2 Select Advanced.
3 Select Override Location
4 Select submit
5 Select Local

When the UBE hits the breakpoint defined in your debug it will stop.
