Post program not updating F0902 for Batch Type Z

ERP 8.11 - When we post an Asset Disposal Batch Type Z to the GL it updates the F0911 as posted (populates PC Field with P) but is not updating the F0902 file.
The batch report says - No F0911 records found. However the records are there but are not getting posted to the F0902.
All other GL postings work fine. It is just the Disposal entry Type Z that is not posting correctly.
Anyone know why this would be happening??
 
Nothing in the work Center.
So still looking for some answers to this issue.
