PO Commitments

Using Xe update 3. Experiencing problem when receiving multi-line non-stock PO's using commitments - Only first line's commitment is being relieved. Have tested this in update 6 with same results.
System is pristine JDE with no customisation.

Can anyone help or has anyone any information regarding this problem.

What's your inventory interface listed as? we use non-stock PO's for some
job cost as well as non-inventory type purchases and haven't had that issue.
