Picking Ticket and Packing Slip

In our present configuration JDE E1 the pick ticket and packing slip print in two distinct batches and then require human intervention to sort and match the documents. Is there a process or setup change that we can consider to automate this process within JDE E1 so that the pick ticket and packing slip print together? Thank you!

You would need a custom program written to combine the two . . .
also the process is usually:
1. Print the Pick Ticket/slip
2. Physically Pick the inventory
3. Record what was picked (Ship Confirm) which also usually advances the status of the order line.
4. Print the Packing Slip based on what was picked.

Is your process different?
