Payroll, Spouse SSN setup for 499R and W-2 generation

I'm getting blanks at field: "Spouse SSN" when creating Magnetic file using 449R option (W-2) Puerto Rico
Need some help where to set up the spouse social security number. Valid input are zeroes instead of blanks or a valid SSN.
