Package Build Errors

Dear List
Has anyone encountered a problem during package builds where the client side
completes successfully, as does most of the server side, but upon completion
the objects section in package build history is listing ALL the business
functions under a status of TRANSFER??

Running:
OW B733.1 SP 11.3, Oracle 8.0, Win NT 4.0, Citrix 1.8

Try submiting the build again from the Package Build Screen...you have to
reset the package status to build complete, and when OW asks you to delete
the existing folders for the package, answer NO....

I had the same problem and since there was no answer from the RL, I found
this workarround.
