We have just upgraded our version of Adobe Reader on our Citrix servers from
3.0 to 5.0.
When our users go to print reports, they receive the error "Unable to find
or create the font 'Arial'. Some Characters may not display or print
correctly." The report then comes out in random characters. Has anyone else
experienced this problem?
