Customer Management information

Hi,
I have a requirement for an address book and contact management information.
Does anyone know of any part of JDE that builds on the address book to
provide sales type contact information? this would typically be a log of all
contact with a customer detailing the date/time contacted, who was there,
what their numbers were, what was discussed, any follow up action etc etc.
We'd prefer to have it on JDE as it's the central system, so any help would
be appreciated.

Take a look at Account Activity Log, P03B31. Although this is geared more to credit and collections, you could use it for all contacts.

The closest process available (without using CSMS) is
the contact manager in AR credit and collections.
This allows messages to be created, tracked and even
issue reminder messages.
