Over Completion

In P31114 (WO Completions Program) when I am trying to Over complete a order it is throwing a warning message. I liked to know whether this Warning message is hard coded or Is it stored in any UDC? any help on this is appreciated

Error Messages are stored as Data Dictionary-style items. You can even change them from being Warnings to Errors if you prefer but this will be applicable to every program using that Error Code. (Assuming you mean OneWorld of course.)

I have a querry regarding Over Completion.
1.If Order quantity is 2 EA and i go for Over completions with 3 EA in P31114 then system should through Error and not a Warning. Because How Can I Overcomplete the Work Order?
