E9.2 One user missing FORM and ROW icon

Hi, We have one user that is all of a sudden is missing the FORM and ROW icons from their Production applications. They are fine in TEST environment. She is also missing her favorites. Any ideas how to correct? I've read about deleting overrides but not sure what all is involved.

Try clearing browser cache first

Check the user's Enable Simplified Row/Form Exits settings in their Preferences

Try a different machine, or a different browser. If it is OK there, then clear the cache or uninstall/reinstall the browser.

You might also check under Preferences and see if they have enabled Simplified Row / Form Exits. If they do that, the Row and Form exits are hidden at the top and replaced by a docked exit bar on the right side.

, it may be due to 3 below reasons, but as you mentioned one main reason favorites are missing, I am predicting ,
1) it may be due to the Solution explorer security where last column for favorites will be set to zero. so they will not able to view favorites as well. check any recent change happened to security for that user/ user's role.

2)you can check Enable Simplified Row/Form Exits option in the preferences option right side of corner of JDE screen(new user name ).
3)Also you can check is there any forms are hidden in personal forms(UDO).
