OCX files unregistering constantly in ERP 8 and Terminal Servers

We have seem to be having issues with all Production Terminal Servers where user cant select literal in Data Selection and the Processing Option appears blank.

Oracle advised that we unregister and register the ocx files. Done that but the issue seem to come back.

Anyone seen this and can share any solution around this.

We've been having the same problem on two new servers we set up... it never happened on the old ones,
and it only seems to happen to some users on the new ones, even though everyone
should be set up exactly the same. If anyone's figured out what's causing this, I'd really like to know.

Still inquiring if anyone seen this incident and have a solution to share as the information I have recieved from oracle is not resolving my issue.
