Hi All,
we have issue on one of our terminal server in launching the JDE application. When try to run the JDE with Solution explorer, gets DLLRegisterserver error in jde.log file it has:
4000/4504 Thu Aug 20 09:11:16 2009 newmda.cpp1081
The registry entries for jdeSplash.dll were removed successfully.
4000/4504 Thu Aug 20 09:11:20 2009 newmda.cpp1081
The server (jdectocx.ocx) was unable to complete the unregistration of all the object classes.

RDEL0000045 - Could not open tables for reliable event delivery (F90703 and F90704). Reliable event delivery will be disabled
Ater clicking OK, I am able to login to JDE.
I tried manual registration of ocx file and getting error message :
dllregistersever in c:\b7\system\bin32\jdectocx.ocx failed. Return code was : 0x80040201.
But when try to enter thru Active Console (Bulb icon), it shows error message "Severe error : Unable to run OneWorld. see jde.log file". In jde.log file, there are following messages:

JDB4200001 - Failed to validate User handle
I am logged in with ADMIN rights and server is in INSTALL mode.
It is Xe with oracle as database.
I tried serching on jdelist but could not get the answer. I have checked the registry permissions and compared them with other working server. all seems to be fine. but Incase anyone has specific advise on registry permission,Pls let me know.
suggestions/help in this regard is highly appreciated.
