E9.2 Non-Production Email scrutiny

Hello,
Currently we have email server setup, that is for every email is triggered from JDE programs (in production & non production environment) will route to Microsoft SMTP relay service. With this setup there is no provision to scrutiny before publishing the emails from non-production environment.

How are you dealing these use cases to scrutiny the emails from non-production environment such a way to deliver the emails to internal mailbox's only.

We point the non-production environments to a dummy SMTP address so there are no emails sent. We only enable for a short window if we need to test the delivery functionality of a new process.

If we map to dummy SMTP address then how do we need to allow the internal email ids to send emails
