We used a couple of different solutions at each separate client. At one, we
used a very simple ODBC setup that sufficed for the one application they
needed but at another, we had to develop a series of 'C' programs that did a
number of internal program calls for data between MS-CRM & OneWorld. The
ODBC setup was by far the simpler solution but had its limitations. I did
not do the 'C' code interface solution so I cannot provide you with all the
detail but I will put you in touch with the SSC consultant who did.
