E9.2 MPS - How to not aggregate select items

I am wondering if it is possible to have MPS not aggregate messages for WO's via open SO's. For ex: If I have a sales order for 50# and another sales order for 75# for shipment on the same day or separate days, I would like to MPS to create a WO message for both SO's. I've tried several different setups but can't seem to get it to create two messages for 2 WO's.
