Mississippi Additional Withholding

Good day. I had a user ask me why she is not able to have an additional withholding for Mississippi. I was not aware of this and when I started looking I found doc 628690.1 which states "Additional withholding for Mississippi is not supported at this time." I find this very strange and was wondering what other users are doing if an employee from Mississippi wanted additional taxes withheld from their paycheck.
