I'm doing a proposal for a client that is migrating from World to OneWorld, and I'm looking for feedback on what should be considered in such a migration to allow me to properly put the proposal together and come up with an accurate bid.
Particularly interested in considerations related to the Financial Modules (G/L, A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets and Job Cost)
Does anyone have a checklist/questionnaire that they have used in the past that they can share?
What are the key questions that need asking, so that I won't come in over budget?
