Meter readings not carrying forward into new year

We are running the Equipment Plant Maintenance (also known as EAM, also known as CAM), and we have several assets whose meter readings have not carried forward into the new year. I ran the close process (R12825) for "AU" ledger types for 2012, but the readings are still not showing up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

So some meters do come across? Our R12825 also filters by object account. Does your R12825 have any other data selection besides the type?

Yes, some readings did come across.

Our data selection is:
Company (CO) = <our company #> and
Unit or Tag Number (APID) > "1" and
Ledger Types (LT) = "AU"

Hmm, not sure about that one. Looks like some data analysis to troubleshoot.

After hearing back from Oracle support, we decided to try and cancel the orders that were incorrectly created. In this process, the last meter readings were then populated, and all is well now.

I'm not sure why this happened in the first place, but it's fixed for now.

Hi

At a guess, your year end processes hadn't been completed for GL and FA prior to processing your meter readings for your new year. (I've been caught out with that in the past)
