Memory Violation when Posting

Dear All
We are receiving the following error when posting the batches, the batches types varies from G, N, O
"ERROR EVENT RULE BUSINESS FUNCTION POST TO F0902 AT LINE 131 FOR EVENT 13 IN SECTION DETAIL SECTION F0911 HAS CAUSED A MEMORY VIOLATION"
Cases in which the error occurs

1-Posting Inventory issues to work order application P31113
2-Receiving PO application P4312
3-Inventory Direct Issue application P4112
4-Equipment Time Billing P12110

Can any one help please

We are on 8.10 and have been wondering about 0902 not balancing with 0911 and we need to run repost. This happens only to inventory related accounts. Looking at what you have written i think the issue is similar, I will check with our CNC people whether they have noticed any issue like this.
