Hi all -
We are facing an issue with a media object GT4801A.
We are using this media object in an application and the issue is: Whenever we enter into this MO attachment page the signature is being over-written on an already existing signature.
To understand the issue better let me give you an example.
a. Initially this is how the MO Attachment page looks.
----------------------------------------------------------------
ARAJARA 11/18/2010 17:22:01
----------------------------------------------------------------
The transaction is successful.
b. When we open this attachment page again the signature is inserted as,
----------------------------------------------------------------
ARAJARA ----------------------------------------------------------------
ARAJARA 11/18/2010 17:22:08
----------------------------------------------------------------
11/18/2010 17:22:01
----------------------------------------------------------------
The transaction is successful.
c. But this signature should come as,
----------------------------------------------------------------
ARAJARA 11/18/2010 17:22:08
----------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------
ARAJARA 11/18/2010 17:22:01
----------------------------------------------------------------
The transaction is successful.
This happens only when we run the application on Web.
We are using E810.
Can anyone help us to get rid of this MO issue?
