To All:
We are in the curious position of having to make phantom items on
occasion and it is a real pain in the rear. Has anyone ever tried to modify
the code to have a make when part? For instance, if the demand is from a
higher level assembly through any demand type, this part is treated as a
phantom but when the demand is directly for this part, the part is treated
as a make. I am going to try to convince our IT group to take this on and
thought I would get your thoughts first.
