Hi Lists,
Any idea can we print out the part lists by R31410 for lot controlled items but without the lot/location information ? We try to print parts list twice by R31410 and 1st time without the lot/location information but 2nd time did.
Does anyone know how tyo do it since I may miss some setups. Thanks !

I haven't tried it... but there is a processing option on there to use
committment processing or not... if you set one version up to not process
using committments...then it should print without the Lot/Locations.. and
then your second version could have that processing option set ... let me
know. thanks, Bobby

I don't recall any options to NOT print out the Lot/Location data in either R31410 or R31415. I assume this question is not one of "how do I prevent commitments?" because the previous reply answers this correctly.... Maybe you can let us know how you managed to get it to print then not print? What are you describing here?

If you need commitments but don't want to see it on the printout then you can simply remove this using ERW. Another alternative is to take the PDF and use an Output Partner such as Formscape to remove the offending data under circumstance you describe in the Formscape logic. There other such partners: Optio, TradePaq and CreateForm.
