login to OW after restore

we have a complete restore of deployment and entreprise server on NT in two tapes.
we have reinstalled NT and we have restore JDEDWARDSONEWORLD directory,security files and BASE REGISTRY from deployment server
and restore B7333,DATA(containing databases files) in enterprise server.
but in installing oneworld normally some DLL files are copied in sytem directory which can't be done with restore.

how i can do this?

and about security in log on to OW there are difference beetween restore and new installs?(CODE SPC).

Zizou :

To register System DLLs again, reinstall the current Xe service pack
on your Deployment.
You won't have any problem with your licenses.
