License expiration date...

In two more weeks my license code is going to expire, does anybody know the
steps to reactivate it before it expires?

You have to call JDE and they will give you a new code number. Go to menu
GH9052 and call application P98SRV - Reset Software protection Code. You
do this for the server. Than as each fat client signs on they will get an
error message warning you that J. D. Edwards license will expire in the
next # of days. When that occurs you will have to reset the authorization
codes between your machine and server. Click OK, this closes the error
message and opens the JDE Security Setup Screen. Click FORM on the menu
bar. Then Click GET AUTH. a new code and expiration code will appear.
Then click OK. This accepts the values and continues to the normal
OneWorld main menu.

Call the response line and select the option for Software protection codes.
You need to be at your deployment server when you make the call.

Ricardo,

go to menu gh9052 (security maintenance) and execute P98SRV (Reset Software Protection Code), select Reset Server Security.
You should do this on the Deployment Server.

At this point you will have to call JDE in Denver to get an SPCode.
