Legacy PO History Upload

Hi,

I am working on 8.12 looking to upload legacy PO History of a couple of years.

Do we need to populate F4301, F4311, F43121, F43199 files? Is there any other files I miss (like finance tables)?

I am also evaluating the option of uploading the PO files through z-processor and create receipt subsequent to that. I see F4301, F4311, F43121 & F43199 files populated through this process also.

I am sure there would be procurement stalwarts in this forum who have already handled uploading the legacy PO history upload in to JDE.

Please advice.

We've used the z-file process to load into F4301 and F4311Z1 (it will load the F43199 based on your order activity rule setup). We're loading F43121 straight but we're moving from World to E1 so we have most of the data mapped (we're revamping our COA and BU so we have to change those fields).

If you're going to load F43121 so you can do your 3 way match, reversing receipts etc, make sure you've tested enough scenarios so you're aware how those actions affects your data (G/L, Cardex, Qty on Hand/WAC etc).
