E9.2 JAS Session Invalid, FSR Failed in Orchestration

Hi, We're getting this error 'JAS Session Invalid, FSR Failed in Orchestration' when calling an orchestration. My research shows that it is fixed with a tools release upgrade but that is not feasible right now. Is there anything else that can be done? Thanks

How are you authenticating with this service? Using BASIC AUTH? Perhaps if you try to issue a token and use it instead?

Thank you for the response. I'm very new to this. I don't even know the answer to your question. Is there somewhere I can find documentation on this? Thanks.
